How to request deletion
Merchant accounts: email support@autoit.studio from the address you registered with, requesting account deletion.
Customers (queue tickets, waitlist): email support@autoit.studio with your ticket number and the shop name, requesting deletion of that ticket data.
If you receive notifications via Meta (WhatsApp/Messenger) or LINE: first block or unfollow our official account in that app to stop notifications, then request deletion as above.
What gets deleted
Your account data (email, name, password hash) and ticket data (ticket number, table type, device hash) will be deleted or anonymized.
What is retained
For security and audit purposes, operation logs (who did what, when) are retained permanently in anonymized form (your email and phone are masked); they are not removed by a deletion request.
Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
