Welcome to Qeepy ("the Service"), provided by ShowHen Yoho Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Taiwan Business ID 95491391). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Free service
Queue calling is free forever. Queue calling and waitlist management for walk-in customers carry no charge for merchants, forever. Other features (for example pickup calling, reservations and value-added services) may become paid in the future; any pricing will be announced in advance and will not affect queue calling.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity and provide accurate information when registering a merchant account.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for securing their account and member permissions, for actions taken through their account, and for complying with applicable law (e.g. data protection, fair trading).
4. Acceptable use
You may not: abuse the ticketing feature to create fake tickets, harass other users or merchants, disrupt normal operation of the Service, or engage in any unlawful activity.
5. Content
You are responsible for ensuring that shop names, table-type labels, and other content you enter do not infringe others' rights; we may remove inappropriate content.
6. Availability
The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control; we will try to announce this in advance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms; you may also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); disputes arising from the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time; the effective date on this page will be updated and posted here.
